Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once the products have been picked up or shipped. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to products due to shipping delays or mishandling of the box once it has left our shop. Shipping is assumed at the risk of the buyer.

Damage and Issues with the order

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Plants:

If you have any concerns about your plants upon arrival, you MUST send us an email (including pictures, issues and order number) within 24 hours of receiving the plant to thrivengro@gmail.com. After this time frame, we will not be offering any refunds.

If the seller determines there to be an issue with the plant, a partial refund may be issued.

Plant Accessories & Apparel:

If you have any concerns about your plant accessories or apparel upon arrival, you MUST send us an email (including pictures, issues and order number) within 24 hours of receiving the item to thrivengro@gmail.com. After this time frame, we will not be offering any methods of compensation.

If the seller determines there to be an issue with the item, the item can be re-sent.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve decided on best course of action in terms of compensation and let you know if the partial refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
